Kelechi Iheanacho scored the decisive goal as Leicester City zoomed into the fourth round of the Emirates FA Cup following a 1-0 win against Gillingham.

Iheanacho finished off a Leicester attack with a sweet left-footed strike in the 56th minute.

It was the Nigeria international’s 16th goal in 22 games in the competition.

No player has scored more goals than the forward in the competition since 2016.

It was Iheanacho’s first goal in four- month for Brendan Rodgers’s side.

The forward was in action for the entire duration of the game.

His compatriot, Wilfred Ndidi started the game on the bench and took the place of Namplays Mendy nine minutes from time.
