Digital Solution Provider, Globacom, has received commendations by the regulatory agency, the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), for exceeding the regulatory benchmarks set for consumer complaint resolution.

The industry regulator which conveyed its commendation in a letter signed by the Principal Manager, Consumer Protection & Advocacy (Consumer Affairs Bureau), Kabiru S. Haruna, highlighted Globacom’s exemplary performance in resolving consumer disputes in August 2026.

According to the regulator, “we are pleased to note that your organization achieved and surpassed the Commission’s complaint resolution thresholds of 90% and 97% for Level 2 (L2) complaints.

“This accomplishment reflects your commitment to regulatory compliance, consumer satisfaction, and the continuous improvement of service delivery.”

The NCC added that Globacom’s dedication to swift problem resolution and compliance with regulatory Service Level Agreements (SLAs) plays a vital role in building consumer trust across the industry.

The Commission therefore enjoined the company to sustain the exceptional performance and continue working assiduously towards enhancing service quality and consumer satisfaction.

Speaking on the commendation, Globacom explained that its improved performance is a direct result of ongoing staff training and constant upgrade of its infrastructure.

The company assured subscribers and the regulator of its commitment to prioritizing excellence in service delivery.
