President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has officially pirchased the nomination form of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to seek re-election to the presidency in 2027.

The President became the first aspirant to secure the form on Tuesday in Abuja, shortly after the ruling APC commenced the sale of nomination forms for party members seeking to contest various positions ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Tinubu was represented at the event by Hon. James Faleke, who represents Ikeja Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.

Hon. Faleke received the form after making payment in the sum of N100 million, the amount fixed by the party for the presidential nomination form.

The form was presented to him by Sulaiman Argungu, the National Organising Secretary of the party.
