President Bola Tinubu has congratulated High Chief Edem Duke on his 70th birthday.

The President joined Chief Duke’s family, friends, and well-wishers to celebrate a patriot whose life is defined by commitment to public service, community development, and promoting the best of Nigeria.

“President Tinubu acknowledges Chief Duke’s service to the nation, particularly his years at NNPC and his impactful tenure as Minister of Culture, Tourism, and National Orientation, as well as his role as Supervising Minister of Information.

“The President commends the former minister’s dedication to promoting Nigeria’s rich cultural heritage and boosting the tourism sector, as well as his pioneering effort in the establishment of the Centenary City in Abuja.

“President Tinubu wishes Chief Duke a happy 70th birthday and many years of continued good health, happiness, and prosperity”, said a statement issued by the presidency on Sunday.
