Top female traditional The Omi Anioma, HRH Obi Martha Dunkwu is dead.

Until her demise she was the traditional ruler of Omu Okpanam kingdom in Anioma, Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State

Details of her death is still sketchy but a reliable source from the family confirmed the report of her demise to Newsmen.

Meanwhile sources said “Omu had running stomach few days ago, she was rushed to hospital and she returned. But, hours ago, she started having low blood pressure and eventually die”

Martha Dunkwu was Born at Okpanam in Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State has been on the throne for 22 years.

Obi Martha Dunkwu attended St. Joseph’s Catholic School, Barkin Ladi, Plateau State and St. Murumba’s College, Okpanam, Delta State.

She worked for a couple of years in Ministry of Finance, Benin City, Edo State before proceeding to L.T.C. College of English and Secretarial Studies, London, England etc. (Everydaynewsngr)
