The Policy Competition & Economic Analysis Department (PCEA) of the Nigerian Communications Commission(NCC) has disclosed that it developed a Stakeholders Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire on the Commission’s Administration of Industry/Network Subscribers Data for all category of Licensees, pursuant to its on-going efforts towards ensuring stakeholders’ satisfaction.
The notice is on the Commission’s website.
“This survey is aimed at assessing the level of satisfaction its Stakeholders have regarding the periodic collation/publication of Statistical Data (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually),” said the NCC.
In responding to the Survey, stakeholders are to provide:
