*Victims lament severe beatings, beg international community to intervene

Noy satisfied with what they gained destroying the Kuje Medium Security Custodial Centre in Abuja, the abductors of the Abuja-Kaduna passengers have released fresh videos of the torture of the remaining victims who are still in their custody.

The passengers were abducted on March 22, 2022 around the notorious town of Rijana in Kaduna State.

Two persons, including a female medical doctor were killed, while several others were kidnapped and whisked away into the bush.

So far 11 passengers have been released after the payment of huge ransom. The rest have been left to their fate.

In a latest video which the abductors released Sunday morning, the passengers were seen being subjected to all manners of beating by their captors.

The victims, in the video, were begging the international community to intervene, saying that the terrorists never wanted them to stay there for more than a week, but the government has refused to yield to their demands.

The Federal Government has not yet reacted to the video.
