Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri, on Monday led a protest aimed at harassing the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu out of London.

Tinubu addressed the British Royal Institute on the 2023 general elections, focusing on national security, economic and foreign policy imperatives.

However, Omokri claimed he led a protest that disgraced Tinubu such that he could not step out of his vehicle and had to “run away”.

While sending a strong warning to Tinubu’s critics against staging a protest, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Rishi Sunak revealed steps to clamp down on illegal protesters.

On his Twitter page, Sunak tweeted: “This afternoon I met police chiefs to make it clear that they have my full support in acting decisively to clamp down on illegal protests.

“The public have had enough of this disruption and those breaking the law should expect to feel the full force of it.”
