Nigeria’s Flamingos will square up against Colombia in the semi-final at the 2022 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, reports PNO Sports.

Colombia booked a place in the last four after a comfortable 3-0 victory against Tanzania in their quarter-final tie on Saturday.

The Flamingos will Colombia battle for a place in the final on Wednesday, October 26.

The Nigerian girls beat United States of America 4-3 on penalties on Friday to seal a place in the semis.

The game ended in a 1-1 draw after 90 minutes, PNO Sports reports.

Bankole Olowookere’s side can further create history by advancing to the final.
