Glo opens new Customer Service Centre in Ibadan

Digital telecommunications service provider, Globacom  has opened another Gloworld outlet in Ibadan.

The  bespoke one-stop shop  is the sixth in Ibadan city and the seventh in Oyo State

Speaking at the commissioning of the sales and service outlet on Wednesday, Globacom’s Head of Sales Operations, West, Mr. Akeem Yusuf said the   new addition is in fulfilment of the company’s desire to reduce customers’ waiting time at any of its  shops especially as its  customer base has increased astronomically over the years.  

“We also aim to continue to enhance our provision of excellent sales and service infrastructure in a bid to enrich customer’s experience and consolidate our position as a pacesetter in the Nigerian telecommunication industry”, he explained.

According to him,  the  shop is as well, among  the new generation of exquisitely designed contact centres, meant to offer Globacom’s products and services in a well-equipped and highly conducive ambience for its customers whom the brand  holds in  high esteem.

The State Depty Governor, Chief Adebayo Lawal who was Special Guest of Honour at the commissioning described Globacom as a trailblazer in Nigeria’s telecommunications indstry. “It is to the redit of Globacom that all and sndry in the country now have access to telecommunications services”

He added that Globacom has proen its commitment to the provision of seamless telecommunications services to Nigerians and enjoined other businesses in Nigeria to emulate the good reputation that the company has built over the years.
