Mbah in just two years of his administration as excellent and worthy of note.

According to them, “the rapid turnaround and recent re-opening of the moribund Presidential Hotel into a five-star hospitality spot, the launch of Enugu Air, modernization of urban transportation infrastructure, the state-wide smart schools initiative, the revival of the long-abandoned Nigergas Company, Emene and the recent hosting of the prestigious NBA Annual Conference at the just completed International Conference Center, Enugu are not only historic, but have been accomplished by the Mbah administration with an audacious sense of urgency”.

They added that, “most recently, the State won the Model Green State Award as the cleanest state in Nigeria under the Renewed Hope Initiative for Green Nigeria Challenge instituted by the First Lady, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu.

“This represents yet another epic achievement for which the people of Enugu are proud”.

They noted that with these projects, Gov. Mbah continues to reflect foresight, purpose, dynamism and courage, charting a bold new path toward a nationally and globally competitive Enugu State.

“The CCEF reaffirms its support for the policies, programmes and projects that promote excellence, innovation, and the collective advancement of the socio-economic conditions of Ndi Enugu.

“Despite the challenges, the developments in Enugu State have earned it a standard-bearer, a stand-out state and a pride not only for Ndi Enugu, but for the entire South East region, and Nigeria as a whole.

“As a professional group of well-meaning sons and daughters of Enugu State, the Coal City Elites Forum identifies with the Governor and urges all stakeholders to support his transformative development strides. Enugu is truly rising. Tomorrow is indeed here”.
