Ousted Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Adamu and Secretary, Iyiola Omisore, on Tuesday have finally met with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the State House, Abuja.
The two APC chieftains were saif to have resigned their positions by the party hierarchy last on Monday last week.
They have however, refused to speak on the development, with Adamu reported to have said he would keep mum until he met Tinubu.
After the meeting, Adamu and Omisore left the Presidential Villa without talking to State House correspondents.
Speculations had been rife that Tinubu endorsed the forceful removal of Adamu and Omisore after they were perceived to be not flowing with decisions of he President on party natters, especially nomination and appointments of principal officers of the 10th National Assembly.
Besides, Adamu is believed to have not supported the emergence of Tinubu as the APC presidential primary last year.
