Adamawa state House of Assembly’s elected members has elected Rt. Hon Batiya Wesley as the new Speaker of the 8th Assembly.
He is Hon Batiya Wesley, member representing Hong constituency in Adamawa state.
The new Speaker was elected unopposed in a unanimous votes, as just as the Deputy Speaker, Hon. Buba Mohammed Jijiwa representing Jada Mbulo constituency was also elected unopposed.
