Nationwide Tinubu Connect Associates (NTCA), a political organization for the re-election of Nigeria’s President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has declared its commitment to mobilise massive support for the re-election of the President come 2027.
The group said their choice of Tinubu was based on his performance trajectories as former Lagos State Governor and his current laudable economic, social and infrastructure transformation as President.
Speaking at a World press conference organised by the group on Friday, 27 March, 2026, in Abuja, the Director General, Alhaji Dr Bello Maigari explained that the event was a reflection of their collective commitment to national stability, progressive leadership,and the continued transformation of the Nigerian nation.
“Today, we gather not only to review the extraordinary achievements of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, both as former Governor of Lagos State and as the current President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, but also to formally declare NTCA’s Grand Endorsement and Unshakable Support for his re-election in 2027.
“We are convinced beyond any doubt that President Tinubu remains the most capable, visionary, courageous,and results-driven leader to sustain Nigeria’s progress and secure a prosperous future for generations to come, Maigari stated.”
Pledging 10 million votes for President Tinubu’s re-election, Maigari stated that the Association has 2.5 million members, comprising youth, women, men, professionals, Community, influencers, and grassroots, mobilisers with functional. network across the 36 states and the FCT.

He highlighted their winning strategies to include: “Community-based mobilisation,
Ward-to-ward engagement,
Digital messaging amplification,
Targeted youth and women outreach,
Door-to-door persuasion campaigns, and Election day turnout activation at polling units.”
He highlighted the scorecard of President Tinubu both as former Governor of Lagos and current President of Nigeria across all sectors of the economy stressing that he has restored investor confidence through transparent fiscal management and strengthened revenue systems to reduce borrowing and block leakages.
“President Tinubu’s leadership legacy began in Lagos State, where he served as Governor from 1999 to 2007.He laid the foundation for what has now become Africa’s most vibrant economic hub.”
Maigari said Tinubu increased Lagos State IGR from about ₦600 million to over ₦8 billion monthly, setting the financial backbone for sustained development, even as he introduced modern tax administration reforms still used today across Nigeria.
He added he initiated the development of the Lekki Corridor, now one of Africa’s fastest-growing investment destinations and upgraded major roads and created new road networks that decongested traffic and boosted commerce.
On Security and Law Enforcement Reforms, the group stated that Tinubu
strengthened internal security through the creation of theLagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), a first of its kind in Nigeria, improved policing logistics, community partnership, and rapid response systems.
Across Health, Education, Public Service and Transportation, group said he rehabilitated schools, upgraded health system, digitalized administrative processes, and initiated Lagos Metro Rail, noting that “these achievements solidified Lagos as Nigeria’s economic engine and demonstrated Tinubu’s transformative leadership capacity.”
On the achievements of President Tinubu as President of Nigeria (2023–2026), the group said: “Upon assuming office in 2023, President Tinubu inherited one of the most challenging economic landscapes in Nigeria’s recent history. Despite this, he has taken bold, visionary actions to rebuild the economy, strengthen national unity, and restore global confidence in Nigeria.
“Nigeria’s foreign exchange reserves stand at USD49 Billion reinforcing confidence in the economy and strengthening the Naira amid ongoing reforms.”
“Under the Renewed Hope Agenda, Nigeria is witnessing the most ambitious infrastructure rollout since independence: Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway, linking 9 states and unlocking coastal economic potentials.
“Massive concrete road construction across all geopolitical zones,the first in the history of road construction in Nigeria. Over100majorfederal road projects in progress simultaneously.
“Expansion of ports, rail lines, airport modernisation projects. There cent being the revitalization of Apapa and TinCan Island ports utilizing the capital injection of over 700 million pounds sterling backed by a loan from the United Kingdom.”
The group said President Tinubu initiated comprehensive power sector restructuring for better generation and distribution and supported states to develop independent electricity markets for local supply, even as he encouraged private-sector-led energy solutions across the country.
On security, social investment and institutional reforms, the group said President Tinubu has
strengthened synergy among the military intelligence agencies and security formations, modernised equipment and logistics for frontline operations while
recording significant victories against bandits, insurgents, and criminal networks.
“Revamped the national social investment framework with a focus on transparency and direct impact.
Created new job opportunities in ICT, agriculture, creative industries,and entrepreneurship. Expanded training and empowerment programmes for women and young people.”
Through the Central Results Delivery Coordination Unit (CRDCU), Tinubu has “strengthened performance monitoring across MDAs, deepened transparency, accountability, and efficiency in government service delivery. Promoted capacity-based appointments to enhance institutional performance.”
This endorsement is built on facts, achievements, character,leadership capacity, and a clear demonstration of national vision.
NTCA reinforced its endorsement of President Tinubu for 2027 for his
unmatched track record of transforming Lagos into a global city, courage, competence, and the political will to implement reforms Presidents avoided.
“The need for continuity to consolidate national gains since 2023.We therefore call on Nigerians of all backgrounds—youth, women, professionals, traditional institutions, political stakeholders, and community leaders—to join us in supporting a leader who has consistently delivered results, the group solicited.”
