At a time like this Aishatu Dahiru Binani has once again displayed that she is incapable of occupying the  Government House in Yola.

In the first instance her utterances as pertains the sensitive issue of the nationalities that constitute Adamawa state has shown how untactful she is. To have uttered that she would “karbi mulki daga hannun kabilu” shows how myopic she is politically. Wether she likes it or not the ” kabilu” she has the guts to deride are the custodians that any candidate needs to make any impact in Adamawa state.

Now that her ethnic coloration  has been expised by her utterances, she can rest assured that the ” kabilus” will pay her in kind. Her careless statement will for long be remembered for generations to come.

Binani has made the final mistake by exposing her primordial sentiments that the PDP governent in Adamawa has tirelessly been fighting against.

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri had in the past four years struggled to ensure that the multi-ethnic peoples that cohabit the state unite as one. But alas, Binani has proved that her vaulting ambition is hinged on the morbid hatred she harbors against the “kabilu”.

It is a lucky thing that this has come to light early in the game. Out of the abundance of what is in her heart, she spewed what many would have missed. Surely after her” mis-yearn” her political coaches would sober her down to earth about her callous mistake of letting her intentions known to her rag-tag “kabilu” that she had suborned out of reality. Now that they know her mission and the hatred she has for them, there is still time for them to get back at her.

Binani will have to explain what she means by “kabilu”. It appears she is seriously mistaken in the government in Adamawa. Ahmadu Fintiri’s government is an all encompassing government that does not segregate. It is an all-inclusive governent that shelters all irrespective of tribe, religion or Creed. It is a government that seeks to keep all and sundry in one fold, an act that endeared him to the people. For this the people of Adamawa are happy. The thousands that throng the PDP’s rallies is a clear testimony of the populist governent in office.

The people of Adamawa are happy with things the way they are and will not be distracted by a visibly frustrated pretender to the governorship of the state. It is no surprise that Binani has descended to that low level of desperation that has finally come to the open.

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri had in the past over three years struggled to ensure that the multi-ethnic people’s that cohabit the state unite as one. But alas, Binani has proved that her vaulting ambition is hinged on the morbid hatred she harbors against the ” kabilu”.

It is a lucky thing that this has come to light early in the game.

It is no surprise that Binani has descended to that low level of desperation that has beleaguared man over ambitious politicians in the past. It quite often happens that in desperation, when they feel the power they so much crave slipping through their fingers, they try to hang on to anything the way a drowning  man would clutch at a straw.

The time has come and Binani has exposed part of her agenda; to wrest power from “kabilu”.

Well, it appears that this statement has nailed her political coffin, not only now, but for all time in Adamawa. Now that the political coffin has been nailed, here is wreath.
