The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi has reacted over the large crowd of supporters who attend the campaign rally of the party in Enugu on Thursday.

Peter Obi who was in Anambra State on Tuesday took his campaign trail to Enugu on Thursday barely 24 hours after the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu campaigned in the state.

However, while reacting to the size of the crowd that thronged the venue of the campaign rally on Thursday, Peter Obi in a post released on his Twitter handle, expressed delight at the massive show of support from his supporters.

According to the former Anambra State governor who described the campaign in Enugu as a huge success, the large crowd of supporters that received him shows that the Labour Party is one step closer to victory in the upcoming presidential election.

“I am awed by the massive love and support shown by Obidients in Enugu State today. It was a indeed a successful outing. We are one step closer to victory. You can count on us to deliver on our promises. Thank You Enugu” he wrote.
