*Assures of 20 million votes

The Coordinator of the Stakeholders Special Duties Directorate of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, Sen. Grace Bent, has said that the major focus of the Directorate was to manage and resolve the public religious outcry against APC ‘s 2023 same-faith Presidential ticket and buy back the affection of some Nigerians upset with the candidature.

Senator Bent stated this during the Inauguration of the Directorate by the Jigawa State Governor, Muhammadu Badaru, in Abuja.

Bent urged Nigerians not to waste their votes and stressed that Tinubu remained the only one that can meet the yearning of the under privileged, the downtrodden and the average Nigerians and the rich.

She said there was no way to separate Asiwaju from being a success in whatever he does.

“Having been a grassroot politician, contested elections and won, I look at products, I don’t look at the bottle carrying products. Asiwaju Bola Amhed Tinubu and Shettima are two formidable products am convinced Nigerians have been yearning for”.

“They have the capacity, ability, very very sound and articulate knowledge of the problems in Nigeria. And has rolled out very expressive manifesto that he has used as a template on Lagos and it worked so successful, why do we think this product will not work in Nigeria as a whole,” she said.

Inaugurating the Directorate, Gov. Badaru described Asiwaju Tinubu and his running mate Shettima, as the best team to deliver dividends of democracy to Nigerians.

The Governor expressed the belief that the Directorate would deliver 20 million votes in favour of the APC.

The Governor advised Nigerians to ignore the religious sentiment in some quarters regarding the same faith Candidature of the Party’s Candidates.

Governor Badaru explained that Asiwaju Tinubu had impacted on individuals, groups and States and expressed the belief that he would improve the lives of Nigerians.

The Secretary of the Directorate, Pastor Timothy Ademola stressed that the Group would hit the ground running to achieve it’s mandate.

Religious leaders from Christian and Islamic faiths gave goodwill messages urging Nigerians to avoid sentiments capable of bringing disunity in the Country.
